How Does It Work?

First the computer identifies relevant data like the time of the call, length of conversation, referring source, and caller profile. After this basic data is collected, it is passed to the reviewer.

The reviewer marks the calls as opportunity for new business, an existing client, or a wrong number. They are paid for each call that is successfully marked. It's relatively similar to how it would be with an at-home call center, except these calls are pre-recorded.

Signing up is completely free to join, but in order to get started you need a PayPal account. That's where the money you make will be transferred to.

After you are finished signing up, you can make your own schedule and choose the amount of work you want to do. Pick the hours you like and work wherever from your laptop or mobile device. Your availability does affect the number of accessible calls, though, so you have to act fast to get the calls you want.

On the starting phase of your job, you will receive three categories to choose from:  Live Conversation, Inbound Live Conversation, and Outbound Inventory. The process is very simple so there is not a lot of training that is needed. This means that as soon as you start, you can begin making money.

If you have never done call reviewing before and are little nervous, you don't have to be because after you're accepted, you get to practice by listening to training calls. These are very straightforward and help you better understand what you need to know.

Payment

As a new reviewer, you will only have access to the lowest-paying categories, but you can unlock other categories as you complete more calls.

Check Humanatic’s leader board and you’ll find that top earners make more than $30 a day. There is earning potential if you are willing to put in the time and effort, although I wouldn't recommend having this as your full-time job because the pay is very low. You earn approximately a few cents per call completed.

The amount you can earn is ultimately affected by your accuracy and speed, though accuracy is the most important out of the two. 

You will paid be weekly via PayPal as long as you have a minimum of $10 in your account. All payments must be requested by Monday before noon, and any payments requested afterwards will not be processed until the next pay date.

Complaints

There were a few complaints concerning Humanatic, but the majority were about unpredictability and low pay.

Sometimes the calls are not back to back, they come in waves. A lot of people had an issue with this because they viewed it as an inconvenience, even though the calls usually appear within five minutes or less.

This is also very low-paying work, certainly not a main source of income. Most people expect to make thousands off of GPT sites like Humanatic, but that's not always the case. Most sites like these are usually just a good way to make some money on the side.

You can login and work at any time. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time you can work, so you can pick the hours you like. It really is a special opportunity because there are few jobs that are as flexible as this.
