If a status here is wrong

This is the most useful thing you can tell us. Every status on this site comes from an automated check on a single day, and automated checks get things wrong — a panel that was down for maintenance when we looked will be marked unconfirmed, and a panel that quietly closed after we checked will still say it is running.

Send the site name and what you saw. Corrections go in ahead of everything else.

If you run one of these panels

We will correct a factual error — a payout threshold, a payment method, a status, an ownership change — on the same terms as anyone else: tell us what is wrong and what it should say.

We do not remove reviews, adjust ratings, or change a ranking on request. The ratings are Trustpilot's and SurveyPolice's, not ours, and we quote them as published.

If a panel has not paid you

We cannot recover it — we have no relationship with any of these companies and no access to your account. Contact the panel's support first, and if that fails, leave a review at SurveyPolice, which is where the ratings on this site partly come from. That is what makes the next person's decision better.
