They are essentially a program that connects you to several survey websites. In a nutshell, SurveySay directs their users to different market research companies who are looking for new consumers that qualify for certain surveys based on specific profile demographics.

Earning Potential
You do not have a whole lot of opportunities to make money using SurveySay. There is one way to earn, which is taking online surveys. There is no set amount that you make for completing a survey. In general, although, you can expect to earn around $0.50 for each survey. Also, the payment threshold that you need to reach in order to cash out and receive your rewards is $25.00.
The best way to receive the maximum amount of surveys is to join the different survey sites that SurveySay works with. You will join them within your SurveySay account. The more sites that you are a part of, the better chance you have to get more surveys and get paid more. Survey invites will always be sent directly to your email.
As with all survey sites, this is not an opportunity to earn serious money. You are not going to be able to quit your full time job. Survey sites simply give you the opportunity to earn some extra cash in return for filling out some quick, entertaining surveys.
Unfortunately, earning money and cashing out certainly raise a few red flags. SurveySay has quite a few negative customer reviews.
Many customers reported a delayed payment. While most SurveySay users do eventually get paid, many users reported waiting weeks just to get their payment. Some even waited over a month.
There was also a handful of customers who simply stopped receiving surveys when they were getting close to the payout threshold. Also, you will consistently get screened out of surveys. Making things even worse, a few customers reported that when they finally reached the point where they could cash, they got declined for violating rules. Obstacles like these make it almost impossible to reach the payment threshold, which is already high to begin with.

Legit or a Scam?
SurveySay is free to join, so I cannot quite call it a scam, but it is certainly on the fishy side.
If you decide to join SurveySay, be prepared for them to sell your personal information with other market research companies. Also, you will receive lots of spam because of your affiliation with SurveySay and the other survey sites it partners with.
You will also have to deal with low paying surveys and a very high payment threshold that takes much too long to reach. When you do reach the payment threshold ($25.00), there is always the possibility of something else going wrong. They might just decide to stop sending you surveys or randomly disqualify you for “violating rules”.
Along with other occasional issues, there is definitely some questions marks with SurveySay. With that said, I cannot personally recommend SurveySay, but I would not call it a scam either.

From there, all you have to do is provide your email, date of birth, ethnicity, date of birth, and your country.
